Dental Insurance Plus, Delta Dental Insurance thru Costco.

I would like to know if buying Delta dental though Costco is the same as if I purchase  it on line?  I am a Costco member and I being looking to buy dental insurance,  Costco say it is cheaper buy Delta dental though them.

I am not seeing much if any cost difference with their plan and what I see on line.  Costco advertise the  Delta Dental insurance on the their website but the way it is written it is hard to understand. I can not tell what it covers and I want to make sure it offer adult braces.
